according to a study conducted by University College London (UCL) led by Oscar Brousse, a lecturer at UCL Bartlett School Environment, Energy & Resources.
Utilizing an excessive combination of data, advanced computer technology, climate modeling software, and possibly AI, potentially along with significant industry funding, the study reached a similar conclusion as other reductionist, tunnel-view researchers worldwide, who try telling us:

Look at the big picture.
I analyze situations using basic logic, common sense, and knowledge equivalent to that of a fourth grader:
๐—”๐—น๐—น ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป, including large-scale Photovoltaic installations in fields, produces what is known as the Heat Island Effect (Solar Heat Island effect). The Heat Island Effect refers to the phenomenon where urban areas are hotter than natural landscapes – a widely acknowledged fact that is evident to all, regardless of education.
Structures or constructing on untouched landscape is similar to creating an open wound, removing a part of nature’s healthy flesh. The misguided belief that covering it with a Band-Aid like white paint or a reflective roof surface will improve the situation is a common misconception in delusional academic circles. Consulting a doctor when having a flesh would reveal that such wounds require stitches, and using a Band-Aid only exacerbates the issue, hindering the healing process.
Green Infrastructure offers a wide array of Ecosystem Services. Removing any of these components from the system for study purposes is purposefully negligent, diminishing the overall value of research and creating societal insecurity.
Universities in North America and the U.K. heavily rely on funding from the industry, leading to an influx of sensationalized research and headlines on the internet. If a significant portion of this funding were directed towards green infrastructure, many environmental issues could be resolved already. However, this remains a hopeful vision, and I eagerly anticipate a study that declares that the Earth is not good for humans and we have to get rid of her.

I donโ€™t promote dilatant’s research, search for: “Cool Roofs Could Be Most Effective at Reducing Outdoor Urban Temperatures in London”
More about Albedo:
Albedo is the fraction of light that a surface reflects. If it is all reflected, the albedo is equal to 1. If 30% is reflected, the albedo is 0.3. The albedo of Earth’s surface (atmosphere, ocean, land surfaces) determines how much incoming solar energy, or light, is immediately reflected back to the atmosphere (less than 10% of reflected light of Earth’s surface goes into space).
